Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to feel safe, understood, and supported throughout that journey. My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating a life transition, struggling with stress and anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

My approach is collaborative and flexible — I believe that therapy works best when it’s tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of peace. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including ACT, SFBT, EFT, CBT, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy, always grounded in a deep respect for your individual experience.

I see our work as a partnership, and I am a guide here to support you and help you move toward the life you want. No matter what brings you in, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am committed to continuous growth and development in my practice, ensuring I can offer you the best possible support. I look forward to meeting you — and walking this path with you.
